I install my HID today, but the color does not match. The brightness and warm up time are also different. I do not think that’s normal. Anybody have the same problems?

As long as the color after warm up is the same, you are fine. These bulbs will require 100 hours to burn-in and the color will even out during the burn-in period.

The color and brightness of the two bulbs after warm up are slightly different. Photo may not show much, but when I paid close attention in person I see the different.
