How do you take the covers off the door courtesy light in coupes?
anyone know?....i want to change them to white LEDs, but cant seem to get the covers off.....anyone?
thanks
thanks
Assuming it's the same as the sedans, take a large tipped butter knife and a think t-shirt or paper towel. Open the door, and start on the side closet to rear tires. Put the fabric over the gab between the edge and the light fixture. Then apply pressure towards the fixture and then pry down. It took me a couple tries, but you will hear a slight pop. Then simply pull the fixture down, flip around and setup the LEDs.
I just changed mine to blue (pictures posted when the forums are brought back online).
Good luck!
