Water is only a problem if you don't glue them back well.
I've had a slight problem is a little moisture cause by a power washer. I had to open them up and re-close them.
Other than that I think my retro looks better and has a better cut-off. So........
Just kidding 
There are like a billion threads on here about people asking about the 06' Projectors....
