They are only 6 bucks from www.svc.com. There is a DIY here on the forum on how to do it step by step. It took me about 12 hours to do my headlights, but that includes painting them black and removing the orange turn signals.

Can anyone tell me the part number for the CCFL tubes? Is it http://www.svc.com/clk12wt.html ???

yeah that works, but you might want to get dual cold cathod kits for around the same price, in case you break them while installing one of them. Also you should know that it isnt as easy as putting it in, there is cutting and opening the housing required.
