everything looks decent except for that factory scissors jack you're
still using! hahaha jk

You got money, get a real hydraulic jack.
www.harborfreight.com has some nice ones for cheap.

The clearance light is what the G is all about. If your worried that it doesn't shine the entire thing, put a CCFL strip into it.

IS300TOG35: You are running 8000K HIDs and Halogen Fogs? How is the light output??? Also what kind of amber bulbs are you running in the clear corners?
Does it give the side marker an amber tint during the day when the light is off? I plan on running amber bulbs with clear corners on my DG also. I ordered some "stealth" amber bulbs that I plan on running with the clear corners. I am not sure how bright they will be or how well they will match the front turn signals, Ill post pictures when I get them in.

currently im running 8000ks with mtech 4700k halogen fogs. They match when your more than 10 ft away but any closer you can tell their different. I have sitting in my house a 8000k h4 bi-xenon hid conversion for them, I have to get around to installing it. Its from the same company i got my 8000k bulbs from so it should be an exact match. I am actually using the amber bulbs that came with the clear corners when i bought them a couple years ago (i found them in my original orange markers). You actually cant see the amber bulb at all during the day, but I do have danno's smoked overlay on their so that is probably why, and last but not least they match the color or the turn signal perfect.

Ill post more pics when I put in the my HID conversion for my fogs.

Matt

How much actual lighting performance would u loose going from stock HID D2S to 6000K D2S? I would rather have good light output than looks, but if the difference isnt that much I wouldnt mind 6000K HIDs.

I don't know. I kind of like the look of my clearance lights.

Even stock I think they made the headlight design look unique. I love seeing a G during dusk/dawn with only its parking lights on.

Ya, I personally either drive with my lights off completely or i have my lights and fogs on, no inbetween. And the clearance strip really cant be seen when your hids are on.

That's an awesome pic, Pete. Makes me even more anxious to want to finish up my next retrofit.

Nope, they are CCFL tubes. PIAA Teras are overated imho.and will never provide an even fill of light in the clearance strip.
