Anyone with the Demon Eyes yet?
Any of u guys who installed teh demon eyes know how much aac charges for individutal CCFL rings? i am in the process of isntalling as i type, and they are a PAIN in the *** to fit. I already broke one. From you guys who have installed them on the SEDAN, for teh top light, with the half moon halo ring, not the full moon shaped halo ring, did you feed it from the back or front of the chrome headlight housing? Also, how far in did you drill ur holes? Please look at the pictures, as you can see my initial hole i drilled. Any advice on getting these damned halos to line up nice and flush will help. I checked out teh coupe lights as well, and it seems much easier to line up the halos, easier than teh sedan's. As you can see in one of the pics, does anyoen know if the ring is suppose to lay on top of the housing #2, or right underneath #1? thanks

Mine are in but have been working sporatically. Yesterday one side went out completely and hasn't come back on. Maybe the ballast fried. As I said before they look great when they work. Going to see if I can get a replacement ballast.
I found the problem. THese halo rings i received are not for the 2005 sedan light housing. They can only fit on teh 03/04 light housing. I took pics of a 03/04 g35 sedan light housing, and the geometry is alot different. Look at the pics. i'm not sure if AAC knows of this, cause the instructions i have say its for 03-05, which is wrong. The instructions have pic with an 03/04 light housing. The 05 housting is angled, while the 03/04 housting is perfectly vertical.

liukai... i believe that aac knows that it does not fit 05s. They have suggested that other 05s ship him a headlight or give him some pictures. i think he never said on this forum that it would fit an 05...

That is not true. We all specified what cars we had. I even said I was gonna order once the 05s were verified and he let us know they were so we ordered. And I was one of the first to order the kit and get it. But been to busy thankfully to install it. Since its obvious they don't fit the 05, I am not gonna install these and I want my money back immediately.

"I was told on g35driver that the 03-05 are the same and the '06 is that shape. I am sorry for the confustion. You may return the kit for a refund, we will have to make adjustments for the '05 and '06 kits."
So, they did not know either, or asked for me to ship my headlights over. Case closed. Though, i do hope they make an adjustment, cause i still woudl love to have demon eyes on my ride.
On the site he actually never said it wouldn't fit a 05. But he never said it did. Now, on his webpage and on the box I received it shows 03-05. And we all assumed he did the fitment and it worked.
This is very poor business IMHO. For some reason I do remember him posting somewhere it did fit the 05 though.

These are very visable, you can see them in the daylight and they are not drowned out by the HIDs.
As for the ETA questions it depends on how soon I can get a '05-06 light to test fit.

I am in Midtown, we can meet up and take some measurements of your light to see if it will work. Where are you in ATL?

Would you please clarify...
Has the '05 trial fit been done?
Did you confirm the '05 fit the same as '03 & '04?

I have NOT met up with Justin to measure the 05 sedan, but he may have already done so. We'll meet up shortly and measure and then let everyone know.
