I just received these lights and they don't fit in the 06 harness. Don't buy them!

You sure it wasn't just a really tight fit? When I first installed mine, I thought it wouldn't go in either, until I really pushed it in. Probably because the socket was still a "virgin". When I removed the bulb to put in a different color bulb, it was a lot easier the second time around.

The will work, but I dunno about using hyperwhites for blinkers. Thats just begging for a ticket no matter where you live. Also on my 06 i took out the amber turn bulb and used a mirror 7440 bulb that lights up orange but doesnt give the clear lense an orange tint. www.autolumination.com has them on the very bottom of the 7440 page. They look and work great!

It just comes down to personal choice, you could also go with a clear bulb, not amber nor hyperwhite. You never at all times where or when a cop is watching you, if you live in an area where they dont care then go ahead.

It also depends on where you live. In Oregon, the front signals are allowed to blink white. In Washington, they have to blink amber. (That's why I got PIAA Mirror Orange Bulbs)

If you do a search, you should find the website that tells you what the laws are by state. (I forget what it was off hand)
