Cool man, looks good! Looks like you wired them to turn on with the stock Xenon lights, and not the original fog lights, or did they take the place of the stock fog lights, or can you still turn on the stock fogs as well?

Either way, looks good, good work.

so they turn on independant of the factory fog lights, or did you just disconnect those?

haha, at first I thought you meant fogs underneath the main center grill...I was thinking "huh?!?"

I really like how they turned out...and 'd prob just disconnect the stock fogs, since they are just awful in foggy conditions

Very Nice

How long did the entire job take? It looks like you took your time and made sure the mod was done correctly from beginning to end.

What happens if you need to change a burnt bulb in the fogs? Do you have to take apart your front end again? Also, does the heat from the fogs affect the plastic grill that's in front?

Great job - very clean install. And thanks for the pics.

Congrats.

Nice work! Looks great! What does it look like with the foglights off? I'm just currious if it looks awkward if the fogs are visible behind the grill when their off.

^^^ there HL74527 Hella Micro DE Fog Lamp Kit. cost about 130 on ebay. i wanted the 6000k bulbs too, but couldn't drop another hundred for just bulbs. there wired to the clearance strip, so i can turn on my parking lights and those come on (if i want) looks pretty mean!

the entire installation took me 3 days, only stopping to eat, sleep, and go out a couple nights. i wanted everything to be prefect. if a bulb burns out i have to take off both wheel-wells, and the front bumper all over again. thanks .

I love that setup. How hard is it to R&R the bumper? And did you run a new relay and switch? Electrical is not my strong suit but mechanical stuff is no problem. How long do you think the entire job would take the average DIY guy? Anyway, very nice.
