If you read the other thread I posted about those bulbs from autolumination. Everyone I know that has them complained that they were dim as $hit. The guys on the Acura boards cast off all chromed bulbs as garbage based on their experience with autolumination bulbs, until I posted pics of how bright the PIAA's were.

If you were really that cheap about bulbs, then even the autolumination bulbs are expensive. Just buy $2.00 sylvania bulbs, and dip them in silver paint. That's the oldschool way of doing them.

At least the Stealthauto bulbs (the ones I wanted to get, but was in a hurry, and got the PIAAs since they were available locally), have lifetime replacement warranty.

Not that it matters, but if you look at his post, he listed the bulbs for both the 05' and 06' assemblies. The one he listed for the 05' assembly was wrongly identified as 7440.

I dunno what bulbs you got but the ones I have from autolumination are plenty bright even in bright sunlight, the only difference is that they are a darker shade of amber than the stockers.

did you get 7440 or 7443? Just curious. Because the autolumination bulbs I have experience with are the 7443 (as they were for my TL, not my G35 at the time). It could also be in combination with the dark amber lenses employed on the TL. But the end result was that the autolumination bulbs were barely visible. The PIAA 7440 were orders of magnitude brighter.
