So yeah, I"m not getting the symmetric look... however I just popped on the headlights as default... I don't want to remove my bumper AGAIN!! I'm just curious why does the beam pattern have to be like the above and not below? Is there anything wrong w/ leaving it the way it is? Please advise =)

i think it means the passenger side would be higher than the driver side.
Think about it
I need t o adjust my 06 headlights also

They all come like that from the factory. Its so you dont blind oncoming traffic and you can see road signs or whatnot on your right better. It is perfectly fine like that unless you are **** about your cutoffs being totally even like me.
