Clearance Strip RANT

I am so god damn tired of bulbs falling into the strip. is it ME or is it a complete pain in the @$$ to change the damn bulbs? i had 2 LED's left, and they both fell in the god damn strip, had to take one out of my clear corner's and hope i didnt screw up again, thankfully 3rd times a charm. Thank god i had an extra LED for my clear, sitting in my desk.

Why is it so hard to twist in the damn socket?!?! =\

Now i need to buy extra LED's - one strip is half lit, and the other is bright new bulb =( and im gonna need like 5 extra's cause i know they are all gonna get lost =( ....i have to be doing something wrong.

I never had any problems with bulbs falling in... hmmm.... are you talking about individual LED's falling in rather than the whole thing?

You could try a pipe cleaner sprayed with some 3m glue at the end to make it sticky?

I have these bulbs also and they require some force to be seated properly. Once in, they are quite hard to pull out (if you've got them in nicely).

So has anyone figured a good way to get the bulbs out yet. I lost my OEM one somewhere in the housing when I took it out. Then when I tried to put the LED in, that was loose too and almost fell in. I got lucky and was able to fish it out with my finger. One side is installed now I'm afraid it might fall in eventually or if I need to replace it. On top of that I still need to replace all the passenger side bulbs. What a pain. So would taking the housing out and trying to shake it out work at all? Even though its a hassle to take the housing off too. Also even though it may be ghetto, do you think we can put some tape in the bulb and connector to make sure it stays in? Is there any danger that can come from that?

This is what I'm talking about. Where did you get it, how much and was it easy to install?
