LED advice

Ok so I've been searching the forums about the LEDs but need a little more help. I see alot of people are using the PIAA Extreme Whites for their clearance strips and corners. I know PIAA bulbs tend to burn pretty quick. How long do those last and do they suffer from any flickering like some of the cheaper ones? Are they worth the extra money? Also how are the LEDs from superbrightleds? It seems some people like those alot and from the few pics I've seen they look pretty good. I'm looking more at the 6 bulb ones. For the people that have them, what do you think? Are they holding up very well and do they cause the housing any harm, as the warning label on the website says? Thanks for any help I can get.

NEVER use PIAA Extreme White wedge bulbs. I put 4 in at clearance strips and corners, and their crappy blue film pilled off after few months. I was so pissed because on one bulb, a lot of the film came off and got stuck in the clear corner... I'm gonna try to vacuum it out.

I also have wide angle LED's from superbrightleds in clearnace strip, and regular 6 bulb ones in corner and license plate. I had them only for few days... So far so good but I hear they come loose out of the socket over time and fall in the housings... I'm just crossing my fingers that it won't happen to me.
