Re: G35 head light switch

Be glad to Cdechene: First posotion next to off: Automatic
Second position: Just running and instrument lts.-no main headlights
Third position: Headlights come on, and all others remain on.
For Fogs turn inner ring behind headlight ****. Push turn signal lever for H/beams, Pull to flash. Hope this helps.... Gsedanman- Garnet Fire Sedan

I agree. The Auto setting should be on the other side of 'off'. Also, the xenons light up when you signal flash. This is also dumb IMO.

I saw an '02 Maxima in a dealership and the alarm was going off. The HIDs would flash with the alarm. You could see them warming up a bit and then turn off and then repeating the cycle over again. Sux for the HIDs.

I agree, as well. What was the engineer thinking? Place the auto setting as the first selection? It should be the last setting. This can't help the life span of the HID's...Maybe they'll have a fix for this. Unless they are wanting to sell HID replacements.
