it's not moisture, and i'm pretty sure it's on the outside, i'm not sure how to remove it though

nah, never got them polish, no broken tabs, no bad scratches, just normal wear.
for the d2s xenon bulb, i only have 1, i can include it if you need it.

Sorry for a million questions , when you rub over the surface can you feel the spots ? Im about to shoot and buy these

 

i cant feel it at all, still smooth, but its not on the inside either because when you look at it from an angle, you can tell its on the outer cover
