Pretty much brand new, amazing quality and craftsmanship, super bright LEDs, painted matte black inside of the lens so it looks like it's tinted, but actually the lens is not painted at all. Both lights blink as a turn signal.

They did not cut out the hole for the reverse light. It is not tinted, it is painted on the inside matte black, so I guess that's why it looks "cut out". The lens is oem red in color.
