diff between m35 and m45?

what are some noticable differences between the m35 and m45 besides the engine? is interior the same?

M35 is V6 and M45 is V8

Engine is obvious, but some subtle differences are the transmission has slightly different gear ratios, the torque converter is different, the rear differential is different. Other than that I believe the engine covers are a little different as well but that's it, or all I can think of.
