Removing license plate light on a M35

Hey guys I tried searching around the site but didn't really find a solution. Does anyone know how to remove the license plate light on a M35 sport? I want to switch them out to some VLED ones I got but it doesn't seem to be a clip there like with my 08 g35 journey. Thanks
