service maintenance soon?

Hey all, my mom called me today on her drive to work about a problem with her 2012 m37 with around 1500 miles on it, she described service maintenance soon came up on the LCD screen and she said the car is shaking and there is a huge lack of power and when she has foot on brake its fine but idling forward it starts shaking...I didn't have time to call Infiniti today but does anybody have any ideas of what the problem could be? Thanks

According to our service advisors, there are no known defects that is causing this, however since it's this early and under warranty take it in immediately, we have a salesman here who identified an M that didn't want to accelerate, but no check engine light, please have it seen immediately, and if possible, report back here, so we can see what the issue was!

There is some spray you can buy too, it's like Rats-Off or something, supposed to make them not chew on it, because it's nasty.... might look into that also

Try this.... rataway.com
rats chew 2% a day that is 29 minutes a day everyday on natural or man made things like your car.Rats teeth grow up to 4 INCHES a year. For the rat it is Chew or die!
Rataway stopsuppies, woodpeckers, squirrels, rabbits, raccoons, dogs, cats, horses, from chewing NONPOISONOUS Green Product
Now Rataway will protect plastic water lines. A rat bit a water line in a house in California, the damage was $100,000 dollars.

my mom:
Thank Phil for his kindness to rats and recommending a nonlethal solution! Aren't you impressed that I thought it was some sort of a gas line problem and it was the wiring to the fuel injector?! BTW, it was only $300. Tell Phil too that mothballs is an old wives tale!
