Probably going to need to just buy one from your local Infiniti dealership, verify the part number first. You might be able to find cheaper prices on Genuine Nissan components online.
Actually it looks like there's a pretty huge selection of aftermarket at well since it was the exact same one used on the FX35 and G37

ebay and amazon have a whole ton selling for $20 a pair. One of my foglights were broken too and I replaced them with this

Also for some reason many of the foglights say the only fit 2008-2010 m models, but I honestly don't think that's the case
