WTB: Nismo Catback Exhaust
Nismo Catback Exhaust
Looking for a Nismo Catback Exhaust. Considering many options (new, used, local, shipped). Just looking for a good price.
I'm in no rush, just exploring my options, but I have cash on hand.

Ive been thinking about selling mine. only thing is, i replaced the flex couplers with pipes instead. made it sound nicer plus it got rid of a vibration that i had between 2-3k rpm. just throwing that out there.
And how much would you want for it?
its the two pieces of inter woven steel that looks different from the rest of the pipe. what they do is absorb some amount of movement from the engine, under load, through the rest of the exhaust while staying straight. i think its called like torsional stiffness or something like that. and as far as price, what are you willing to pay?

BTW this picture was stolen by GT-Ron's for sale thread from over 4 years ago if there were any questions about where I got this picture from.
PSS: lol, the exhaust tips have not been extended either just in case when I was ready to sell it I would have a bigger market to sell to. That is all. lol.

Are you from the Socal area?

Hey you should check out my350z marketplace section as well, there's always tons of Nismo exhausts for sale. One was actually in Socal and is brand new, but just got sold like a day ago.
All you need is a G35 extension pipe to fit it into your G.

Edit: Also, Nismo is mostly for sound purposes, no real power gains unlike other dyno proven exhausts. If all you want is the Nismo sound, I think you have many options as well. Check out the replica Nismo exhausts (think they're no more than $280 brand new), TurboXS, Megan Racing (Cheap but you get the sound). Thing with cheap exhaust is quality and duration though... But some people have it and are very happy with it

I checked it before, but I didn't know you had to register in order to see posts lol
I'll be sure to check it out
I'm not really down for a replica, it sounds cool and all, but I love my car too much and I wanna get the best for it. I know there's no real power gains, but I love the way it sounds too much. I'm very picky about the sounds of my exhaust and this one hits the spot
