I doubt it, did you check Fedex Ground? I'm guessing 40-50 LB (4 rotors) via Fedex Ground should be around $30 from VA (I took Chesterfield as an example) to 60640.

I'm not sure where you get $70?

 

I am traveling and was guessing at the weight being around 100 pounds. All four rotors weigh more than 50 pounds, I'm certain of that. I'll be glad to reweigh and send an updated shipping cost when I return home on Friday.

You're certainly entitled to your opinion but, these things have a ton of life left in em. The mileage listed is almost all highway miles.
