New G35 owner. Just saying hi.

Hi, I'm Jeff.

I just picked up this G35 last week. I'm very pleased with it. I don't know a whole ton about G35's, coming from Camaros and Mustangs, but I love this car so far.

It's an 03 6MT. No rock chips that I've noticed, and just a few very light scratches that will buff out. Interior is super clean with no rips.

The dash shows 126k miles, but the guy I got it from blew the original engine, and replaced it with a 62k unit. It runs very smooth. No ticks or anything.

I was told it has updated headlights, from 06 I believe, but hell if I know the difference yet. I also noticed Hotchkis sway bars. Handles like it's on rails.

I hear this Caribbean blue is kind of rare? I don't know, but I like it.

Shittttt lol

Take the wheels and grille and put them in the nearest dumpster.

Good looking car that I assume you picked it up as-is.

Welcome

Yea, I picked it up as is.

I'm not crazy about the grill, but I don't mind the wheels, though they wouldn't have been my 1st choice if I was buying wheels for it.

Thanks.

I haven't come across any grills that look decent. Where should I look?

I can't afford wheels right now.

The oem grill by far the best looking one imo and you could pick one up for cheap.

buy an oem grille. paint it black but leave the emblem chrome. the bumper grilles should be black mesh...

Any 03-07 g35 coupe grill will work.

Find some cheap black mesh for the lower grills in the bumper.

Good choice.
That is an emblemless grill. Check the marketplace for one or google outcast garage.

is this the same grill?

The pic of the grill alone has those raised bumps on the inside.

Welcome to the G community! Good that your looking for another grill. If you want to change your rims and local to SoCal, mine is up for sale now. Lol. What else do you have in mind for your G? And coming from your previous cars how do you like it and what made you change over? Just want to know your opinion
