i'm trying to find a cheaper snow tire solution and run steelies.

research is showing 2003 base G35 sedan to have 16" factory wheels. As we all should know 16" tires are cheaper then 17"s.


All i was able to find was factory 16's are 16x6.5 and they have tire size of 205/65/16. But no info on wheel offset. I did a few tire calculator numbers and GUESSED it should be around +50.

I would love confirmation of the widths here before i waste people's time and test fit this and mock up that.

So they're not 6.5 widths? What do you need ? Offset or width lol

Pretty rare time combo there. Gonna be hard to find someone who has that info. I wonder if the 2003 FSM has it?


G35 around the corner has the 16's. I snagged a picture as I've never seen a setup like that before. Just beware...they may not clear the larger 05+ brake setup up front. In fact, i'd bet $1 they won't

EDIT: Oh wait, you have an 05x....those have the 03-04 brakes.

 

38-40mm offset is closest to OEM on the 16s.
