My new Volk SF Winnings

First and foremost, "Big" props to Chris at F1 Motorsports. Thank you Chris for all of your assistance in helping me with these wheels and tires. Chris was always there to answer my questions and he was quite quick to return my calls.

I chose the Volk SF Winnings fitted with BFG KDW2's. The wheels are 9.5"/10.5"x19. The front offset is +19 and the rear offset is +29. The front tires are 255/35 and the rears are 285/35. The rear fenders are rolled. For you local people, Auto RnD rolled the fenders. Ask for Josh . . . They did a great job.

I will be lowering the G and installing the SPC rear camber arms and toe bolts. Eventually, when they are available, I will be adding the anticipated SPC front camber arm assembly, as well.

The KDW2's ride quiter than the 19" OEM Potenza RE050A's. Since installing them, yesterday, I have rolled these babies some 90 miles. A bit more seasoning and I'll be ready for the SoCal/NorCal Hearst Castle run. They appear to be quite sticky at this point.

Here are a few pics:

Lookin' good! With +29 rears, did you still need to roll the fenders? I was under the impression that it would clear ok. Or was I wrong? Hmmm....

Thanks for the comments everyone.

Chris at F1 was about 70% sure this set-up would rub. He suggested that I wait until I got the wheels mounted and see. I didn't want to risk the potential rubbing issue, so I had the fenders rolled ahead of time. Since the KDW2's have a thicker sidewall and I plan on a drop, I'm glad that I went ahead and had the fenders rolled first.

Very, very nice, Andy!

Great selection on the wheels and tires. Your car looks great!!

How long did you have to wait to get the wheels?

Please post some more pictures after you drop it...

Nice job on the Winnings! If you want to get rid of the slight "bull-dog" stance, you can use 5mm spacers on the rear. Other than that, once you get the drop, you're set!
