Eriki and Algy...both cars look good!

Frankie - what kinds of horror stories were you reading on the forged specialties?

Yes pretty deep on the concaveness. As far as the offsets they arent so aggressive IMO. Will be putting on 5mm spacer up front and a 10mm in the rear to go more aggressive

Yeah there are a few horror stories out there. Mainly with the company that deals with the selling. As far as build quality, Ive only seen two or three complaints about built quality like the paint chipping and what not. Luckily, I wont be dealing with paint issues bc I have no paint Probably why the company closed down. These wheels have been passed down. Im the third owner and so far so good. Nothing to complain about them here

These are rare wheels so its somewhat one of a kind. Dont have to worry about anyone jocking my style

Im rereading those threads and it looks like most of them had problems with nicks from the packaging and delivery, thin paint, and sealing issues. Most of those links on google are copied links from the first post from the same people to different forums

Luckily when I got the wheels redone, the company I took it to stripped off the paint, cleaned off the old sealant, re-polished my barrels, resealed them, and fasten all my bolts.

If you have these wheels and get them redone, they are actually pretty good. Sucks for the people that bought them from the company directly and had to deal with crappy builds.

Thanks, it could use a front lip or nismo bumper to look better but then again i've only had it for 4 months.

It's got potential to look good.

Anything that is different than the current cookie cutter kit is good to me.
