Honestly I don't even wanna know. Anytime you say dealership I just think of Indiana Jones being raped by George Lucas and Steven Spielberg. I was hoping to find one at a local junk yard, forum, craigslist, ebay, word of mouth you name it. No dice thus far. Im gonna keep looking locally, worst case I can pull the trigger on an oem lid w/out spoiler on ebay for $350 shipped which isnt too bad.

 

I hear ya, I looked into this as well but I would like the option of swapping them from time to time or eventually if I ever sell the car putting it back to stock. I'm pretty set on just getting another lid

 

well online dealer price is about $650.

I haven't gone to a dealer to do price checks ever since dealers started offering parts online where the prices have been a lot better. dealers markup the prices in person at the dealer compared to their online offerings?
