GT-R, in modern years, has come to mean twin turbo and AWD, of which you have neither.
That's a very abbreviated lesson. Maybe someone else can school you in greater detail.
Our car is an Infiniti G35. In Japan its a Nissan Syline 350GT. It was never dubbed with GT-R. I dont know who lied to you. Maybe you should research before you give us history lessons? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Infiniti_G35
