that is the N1/Data system lip and it is designed for the non sport bumper for the 07 and below coupes....pretty sure it was modified to fit the sport bumper though...

did i hear its cool to post pics without hoods? putting in a new fully built engine...hehe. and dont worry, i have a lip for my bumper too, coming soon after the motor is completed.
