Correction. **

I use mothers metal polish, the thick white paste . I'm sure it's the same thing as meguirs though

 

oh yea im sure its about the same too.... my Meguires polish has a nice cinnamon scent though

 

I polish mine everytime I wash my car and that's more than once a month lol ftl Chris

my only concern with being polished with no clear is that i might get caught in occasional rain and it might sit for a day or so in the garage with water spots and dirty before i can get to wash it..Will this hold up and be ok and clean right up?...

I mean i wash my car alot..usually once or twice a week depending on the weather. I try not to drive in the rain but sometimes get caught or am forced to take the car out in the rain. I just wanna be sure i wont have a headache keeping them nice with no clear. the shop thats going to take them apart and polish them doesnt do a clear coat

 

I occasionally get water spots as well, but they come right off when you polish them again.
