The CF front lip I posted above flew off on the way to CCM in Dallas. I ordered a new one with a rush on handmaking and shipping and cost me $1500 (now I claim the first and second of its kind in the States, lol). I will be driving with the fresh lip to Wekfest in Austin - if it comes off again I'm out. I will be selling everything and going with parts (and wheels) that I don't care if they fall off... I can't afford it anymore!

Drive to Austin with the lip off. When you get there, I'll help you put it on once you get parked at the show. Hell, I'll even bring my jack in case you need that too.

It won't fit in the car I can't fold the seat down due to sub and tank/compressor setup.

I'm ok with the price because I'm trying to be different! I don't want people to copy, though its inevitable sooner or later... I just want my own look!

Yes it will. If I could fit a front bumper and sideskirts in my front seat without putting the seat down, I know you can fit a carbon lip!
