Not exactly. What you're doing is pre-compressing the spring rather than changing the spring rate. This is just going to remove some of it's ability to compress and give itself a shorter stroke before bottoming out rather than making it any stiffer. The results are similar on smooth roads, but bumps will be very noticeably different. Biggest difference between the two is that your preloaded spring (assuming linear spring rate) isn't any stiffer, it's just got less room on bumps before it's fully compressed. It's just got less room before it's making bad noises and hurting your back.

I'm still working on coffee, if that didn't sound like English I'll be back in an hour or two.

Stance GR+ true type rear. No Swift upgrade or anything, just right out of the box. Had to raise it a bit because I actually got stuck on a crowned section of road at a stop light

Drove great even at that height though, only problem I had was contact between the outer edge of the lip and the fender but that was more a ride height / too much poke / lack of fender work issue that anything.

It's an annoyance but it's all good, doesn't really do anything bad, just have to re-roll the fenders every so often to smooth out the flat spot underneath. I think I'm going to be going with a more functional setup over the winter though. The low and slow stuff is fun and looks amazing but I miss beating on the car

I'm going to try to split the difference between the two as well as I can, but first priority is definitely not having to worry as much about driving on unfamiliar roads. I haven't been more than 50 miles from home in this car in months lol. What's the use in having a fun to drive car at that point?

I got my car stuck at a gas station and probably the worst experience I've ever had along with embarrassing. I had to raise it a tad bit sincd then but I agree that I don't enjoy the car as much and sits at home most of the time. All the cool places have super high driveways or speedbumps I can't clear.

Step four sell the car?
Or just done messing with it?

Being that low looks sick, but i think it kills all the fun of driving the car. Unless you have 100% perfect roads were you live lol
