they can color match perfectly to your factory color code but not to what your actual paint looks like. Now some expert painters can match your sun faded paint by eye but it will be much more expensive and you will struggle to find a painter that has the skill to really do it.
also find a body shop they have a special tool that will measure the paint codes on a few spots of your car to get a close match of the faded paint on your car. it'll then give the painter how much more/less of a paint color so your new painted skirts will not be a lighter/darker color than the rest of the vehicle
