Since we brought this thread back, anyone have a shot with the Nissan badge and the 350GT badge on there? Maybe just the Mt. Fuji logo and the 350GT badge?

I want to remove the Infinit wording and the G35 letters, but like the Skyline badges...

Not to thread jack here, but for the people who "re-badge" (either with 350GT, Nissan, or SKYLINE emblems), how do you do it? I feel like everyone's looks PERFECT, and if you're doing it by hand, then damn, that's freaking amazing b/c I know I don't have the hand control or eye to get those letters on spot on...

Is there some secret?

ps I'm getting a G within the next few weeks and I think that debadging everything buy the INFINITI letters looks SO sick, esp on black. If I get it in black thats what I'm doing. CB or AB and I might change my mind. Anyone in those colors do what I mentioned?

I used to be this:

Then this:

^ I know...'skyline' too high...I eyeballed it

Now this: Black Chromed.

Never had any ghosting on mine from removal of Infiniti ones, but was only ~6mo old when I started debadging/rebadging.

They all come in a template for positioning/spacing except the Nissan logo.

| Oh, sweet man, that's awesome.

I think if I get it in CB or AB I'll take off the symbol and G35, and re-do the INFINITI in black like you did (that looks so sweet!), and then re-apply it.

How'd you paint it? Was it a problem re-applying badges you've already applied and taken off? (I guess essentially that's what I'd have to do. De-badge the INFINITI, paint it, and re-badge it...)

Thanx for the props.
No not painted, black chromed. Same process as chroming.
No prob reapplying if you save the templates, but must use new 3M doublesided tape.
Seen ppl use paint...it's okay, but it's nothing like the look or longevity of black chrome.

A dude in Los Angeles did a batch, but he sold out long time ago and didn't do another run.

Have heard of places that will do this and/or have in stock to buy.
Can't remember off the top of my head, but here's some threads that talk about it:
