They are +29 all around which gives a 100mm rear lip and 87mm front lip... BUT this size has some caveats - a) they require a very, very thin spacer (3mm) to clear the front brakes (and mine are even '05 brakes, they'd never clear brembos) and in the rear, it will require cutting the fender a bit to clear the tire with this low of a drop...
Definitely worth it in my opinion, but understandably too extreme (in terms of mods needed) for a lot of people's tastes...

Ahh they won't clear the brembos?!? Its something I noticed but just read this response.
So in the future how should I ask to make sure the wheels would work with my brembos?

nope. what I have won't clear the brembos...
most wheel companies make several different "disk" configurations for each wheel, and then within each disk you can pick different offsets... the disks available from Work are "deep rim (ie. big lip)" "standard" and "big caliper" (in order of increasing brake clearance)... so the bottom line is, if you want a big lip without moving the tire out a bunch you'll go with the "big lip" disk but that will give you less brake clearance... if you don't mind the tire coming out a bunch (ie. having to grind/flare the fenders) then you'll go with the "big caliper" disk and a small offset... and of course if you don't require a big lip you can go with a "big caliper" disk and a bigger offset and not have to grind the fenders... you can see all the possibilities for the Work VS-XX here:
