What is the reason why you chose the 03 wing over an 06 since you had to add one? Do you not like the look of the short/compact one from the 06 models?

I'm looking for a spoiler for my 06 too, trying to figure if there is anything out there that looks decent...

Hah, I did the exact same thing on my '06 AB coupe. I didn't like it bald, and I thought the '06 spoiler was too understated. Put an '05 on mine and have been lovin' it ever since. Good choice.

I feel like the 06 wing is missing something. It looks too short and not sporty enough for my tastes. The 03 adds more visual weight to the back of the car and looks sporty.

I was going to buy the wing for $215 painted and shipped from spoiler depot but I called around and an infiniti dealership explained that they charge $750 to buy and install the wing, but they outsource their work to this one guy, and gave me his number. He quoted me $75 to install it but he gets spoilers cheap since he works for infniti and he got me the spoiler and came to my house to install it for $250. I definitely got a deal there!

That's not an 03 spoiler, I believe from 03-04 you had the ugly ironing board spoiler and the one you have started from 05...

The 05-06 spoiler is different from this one. Unless I'm wrong-
03-04 had the ironing board (like mine) and the 05-06 has the spoiler that sits just on the trunk and does not extend off the ends of the trunk kinda onto the quarter panels

I have an '05 on mine and it's an ironing board like yours. '06 is when they started making the small understated spoiler.
