New Wheels (ohh, and i painted the grill)

Set of dealer take off 350z wheels, not exactly baller status, but a huge visual upgrade from OEM 17's.

Now I want a drop and camber kit, any suggestions?

wow, lots of views, no replies.

I at least expected some flame-age or something.

IT SUX!!!

Just playing, man. It looks really good, but I think a set of spacers would really make those wheels pop. I always liked those wheels and wondered why Nissan didn't go for a slightly more aggressive offset on them.

The wheels look pretty decent, as you said a good upgrade from what you had. If you're going to be daily driving the car I'd recommend Tein 350Z H-Tech. No, you are not going to be happy with the drop, but it's better than nothing and you won't ever scrape if you're careful (I've scraped twice since I put mine on about 3 weeks ago). You can get away with no camber kits, just alignment, but tire wear will be slightly uneven. If you can spare the change just get rears.

I think he means be careful, don't curb them, bend them etc...

Haha I've scraped twice as well since my H-tech install (about 4 weeks ago). I just got my car aligned - rears are in specs and front camber is still "out of spec", but at -1.3 and -1.4 it isn't too bad at all. I guess I'll know in a few thousand miles if I really need(ed) a camber kit. No plans to get one as I don't think I'll really need one.

I'm actually happy with the drop - it's not extreme, but it's a huge visual upgrade and it is still functional.

Those wheels look sweet!
