New Member Pix and First Mod

Hi guys, I'm a new member but have been browsing this forum for a little while now. I just picked up my 03 DG G35 just 3 weeks ago. 51500 miles

First, here is my car

AND, HERE IS MY FIRST MOD

I picked these up for about 250, yes, that little gray flap came loose..... but no worries

oops, forgot to plug in corner lights.

I'm going to have to get clear corner lights soon, this orange is bugging me.
I also did not like the driving lights inside the fog lights so I disconnected the bulb for that one and just use that connection for my LEDs instead.

for more pictures of other customized lights I've done (my 02 accord and 99 TL - retrofit with TSX projectors and LEDs) check out this link.

I'll be looking forward to many years with the G family. Thanks for looking.

thanks! Here are pictures at night. They are so bright that it hurts to just stare at them. I think a good theme would be G-Diamonds in the night =]

honestly though, I tried the best i could with my camera and it doesn't seem to justify what it actually looks like in person. Night shots...

I think you did a great job of capturing the look of the lights on camera. You can easily make out each individual l.e.d. in multiple photos.

I know when I've tried to take pics of something like this at shows, it just comes out all blurred together. Then again, what can I expect with a point and shoot?

Thanks! yes, the first series were HDR. They were just plainly merged to keep the more natural look. I should have focused more on composition than just trying to get the car itself. just got too excited i guess.

there was no lens swaping, I just did it as is. I sold off my tsx projectors before I knew we could do this with our g35 projectors. HDR and night shots were taken with Digital Rebel XT, all others were with point and shoot. Clearly you can see a different between it.
