its pretty simple....just tie into the bottom side light on the door to the hott and ground. there is 3m tape on the backside of the lights so its just sticks right up.

What about the wiring etc? as to turn on when you open doors etc. Im not that great at wiring

the lights that I bought only have a hot and ground. on teh back of the light on the bottom side of the door panel are 2 wires. you read the manual to figure out which one is hot and which one was ground. I spliced into them...soldered the wires to those 2 wires and the OEM light sticks right back up in the same spot. then you just stick the lights up and tuck the wires into the inside of the door panel where they are hidden.

On the bottom side of your door panel you have a Door light..everytime you open a door the light on the bottom will illuminate...that is exactly what mine do now..whenever I open the doors it illuminates the ground..there are no switches or anything. just a hot and ground.
