you kids need some help in the brain development area with the way you are thinking... you are right we definitely dont have a current REAL skyline GTR here in america i must be an idiot. good thing a japanese person doesnt come over here and laugh at our wannabe skylines that they dont have in japan.
Ya so the Skyline 350GT in Japan is also a Infiniti G35.
Then why bother changing it when you alread have the Infiniti G35 badges?

Yes they are the same car and badged differently in USDM. But too bad you live in NORTH AMERICA!! Cars with steering wheel on the opposite side than Japan.
If you plan to replace all the Infiniti logos are you planning to do a right hand drive swap as well?
You got the steering wheel on the wrong side IF you really to badge your USDM G35 into a JDM Skyline 350GT so badly.
Oh you can also service your car at the Nissan dealer instead of Infiniti.
What's wrong with the Infiniti/G35 badges?
Oh my gosh...I DO!? I'm in the wrong ****ing country!! I thought I was in YOU'RE A ****ING TROLL-LAND!

No, I don't plan to do a right-hand drive swap, as it's very hard to see out of/drive on our LHD designed roads. Ever been in/driven a mail-truck? Didn't think so. I have, and they're a BITCH to see out of around corners.

I do all of my own service work. Why pay someone else when I have the knowhow to do it myself?

Why bother changing them? Why the hell argue with someone who likes it better. Stop trolling, and get on with your WOW-based life.

Then you have made yourself the only car in the whole world because Nissan never made a single left hand drive V35 Skyline.
If you want to do the conversion at least do the whole thing.

You are running out of points.
Please grow up.

Actually, you've just PROVEN my point. Uniqueness, diversity; isn't this why we all mod our cars? They did make plenty of V35 Skylines, they just put different badges on them to justify selling them for more money, also because Infiniti doesn't exist in Japan. Seriously, stop trying dude. You're fighting a losing battle. Your opinion is just that, an opinion, stop forcing it on someone else. You're losing in the facts game by trying to say that it's NOT a Skyline. It is. Period.

On that note, that'll be my last post here for the night. I gotta grab some sleep. If the mods haven't locked it by then, I'll continue feeding the troll in the morning.

Moding cars are to personalize it but we wouldn't put parts on our car from other cars.
V35 SKyline and G35 are the same cars but not exactly the same.
You may also consider puting Type-R, TRD or what ever badge on your car. That may also increase your "uniqueness".
There is no Infiniti in Japan. THere are also no Skyline V35s in North America.
When you bought your car you brought it from Infiniti as Infiniti G35.
NOt from Nissan as V35 Skyline 350GT.
I bet if you own a TSX or RSX or IS300 you would badge it as Accord o
r Integra or Altezza or other JDM wannabe.

Agreed.

No I wouldn't argue Chris/Christopher as it's the same as G35/Skyline. It's the same thing.

Let us leave it at this. Opinions are free, take which ones you want and leave the rest. If you don't want your G35 to be badged as a skyline, don't then. Drive the car as a G35. If someone wants a skyline badge on it then good them, you don't have to drive it. Honestly, I don't the fuss is about, do what you like to your car and leave other people's alone. If you don't like the skyline badges and you see another one of these threads, ignore it. Leave it for people who like it or aren't sure if they do.

-_- you really are a hella troll.

I'm pretty sure if your name was Christopher--but you went by Chris--when someone asked what your name was you wouldn't reply, "My name's Chris Christopher" would you? Then why would you say what kind of car you drive twice? You wouldn't.

To OP, great looking car. To everyone else, I just wanted to make a few points.

1) Some people didn't neccessarily want an INFINITI but wanted a 350Z with a backseat. Nissan America does not make one...Infiniti does. Not everyone has the same motivation for buying a car.

2) To this whole "REAL SKYLINE" and "..take it over to Japan and they'll laugh at you" nonsense, I would suggest that some of you GO to Japan. Seeing a GTR (which is the Skyline that fanboys seem to love) is like spotting a Ferrari here. Sure, you'll see them and in some areas, they're far more prominant, but they're not litered throughout the streets of every city and prefacture like people seem to think. What you WILL find a lot of is R32's and R33's that are NOT GTR's. GTR's are expensive no matter what continent you're on. You will see quite a few Skylines but most of them have not had Gran Turismo, Need for Speed, or Fast and Furious fame. sidenote: there was an R33 in the first F&F that no one noticed and it was a REAL Skyline; not a GTR tho
3) The difference between the Nissan Skyline 350GT and the Infiniti G35 is rhd vs lhd. Emissions (depending on year) are even identicle.

I guess all that is to say, if you're going to call someone out (and this isn't directed towards you, Brian), know WHY you're calling them out and stop coming up with bogus reasons.
