I asked a shop to do it exactly like OP. They quoted me $900 for the front and rear seats. $100 for center console. $400 for the front door panels and back seat side panels. Black suede headliner and black pillars/rear window frame for $600 or $250 for vinyl headliner.

NO,NO,NO dont go for it. I spent $90 on professional dye and did it my self. Its super easy.

i've used this kit as well, not on my G but my parents 01 SLK was getting a little faded so we redid it. turned out great.
