Volks/Lug Nuts

Anyone out there running Volk CE28n's? If so, what lug nuts are you using?

I found out the hard way that the stock lug nuts are too large to fit a socket around inside the lug-nut-opening on the wheel.

Pictures would be great

Also, thoughts on colored lug nuts? I'm thinking some blue Rays nuts would look good on my TB Sedan

I call them gunmetal, I'm not sure what Volk's actual name for the color is. I wish someone made a bronze lug nut...

If you had your lower sills painted, then the volk blue lugs wouldnt look too bad, but i dont think it'd be a good idea at this point, your car isnt aggressive enough to pull off the look. I'd just go with some black lugs.

I don't want to buy lug nuts twice, they aren't exactly cheap haha.

Do you know of anyone that makes a bronze nut? I haven't seen any...

That's definitely no fun. If you've gotta be up early, why're you up so late? It's 1:42am here, I guess it's only 11:42 there?

haha, i love how this thread has become like an AIM chat... lol!

i usually dont have to be up til 9:30am so i dont sleep til after midnight. Plus, it'll only take me 40 mins to do Calvin's car tomorrow so then i can go back home and sleep until i have to do a coilover install on a Z at 2pm!
