Great job with the lights Mike, ricer yea right! I believe that's called,
"Innovative design." Mike there's a company here in SoCal that gets $2000+
to customize our projector headlights you could charge 1/2 that and have
a nice business going in your garage....on weekends.

people I've done headlights for so far I've only charged $550 shipped. They provided the headlights and I took care of the rest. Turn around time is next day

Could you post close-ups of one headlight with your lights turned off?

I've always been curious to see how these LED mods look when the lights are off. Want to know how clean it looks.

Thanks!

Ah I see. I was confused.

At first I thought you carefully measured and then dremmeled out holes for the LED "jewels" to slip up into from underneathe the bezel, but upon further inspection... when I see that strip of silver near the bottom... did you just paint the strip itself black and leave it sitting on top of the headlight bezel? And then just route it down through that area at the bottom?

If all of the above is COMPLETELY wrong (lol) then what is the silver section at the bottom?

It's still hard to tell what I am looking at

Thx!

the LEDs come in strips. The strips themselves are already black with surface mount LEDs in them. I dremel a tiny hole in the bottom of the faces of the headlights and run the wires back thru there.

Not sure what silver piece you're referring to...
