Looks really clean careful with the smoked tails already got a fix it ticket for that but dont know if that applies in Miami...May i ask were u got ur carbon side mirrors?

 

Thanx curryboy no down here in miami its not as strict as Cali... ive had "modded cars " all my life and ive been pulled over twice just so the cops can take a pic... TRue Story...lol.. Actually we have a local Legal track where they host "beat the heat " night... You run 1/4 miles with local police cars to see if you can take them... makes for great pics.... My old twin turbo RX8 three cars ahead of a miami police cruser lights on and everything...LMAO!

I got the mirrors from an old vendor here on driver i think i got one of the last pairs atleast from him.. thier Carbign Craft CF Mirror covers! Check the Exterior Classifieds... Happy searching!!

Wow..Im lovin this car man. Ive got a CB too and just ordered the TS hood myself, Nismo front, KS sides and rear. Your ride looks sik man, I like the trunk too.

Awesome work!! i can tell, the bodyshop spent HOURS and HOURS on that fender...... where did you pick them up? I want to get those fenders (no cf, as i will be painting them IP) but the amount of work scares me!

 

i have the kenstyle kit but will be replacing the front bumper with a top secret "style" urethane bumper. i'm wondering if your front bumper is urethane, did it have waves in it that needed to be filled and block sanded smooth. thanks.

Yea.. my fenders "were" CF lol... i dont think seibon makes them in regular fiberglass... but youd have to check on that. As for the front Yeah it is Poly-U and i did all the prep work myself so it wouldnt be wavy.... that the only way you can be sure..lol..

what material did you use to fill in the "waviness" and then level it off???
bondo, heavy build up of primer, etc???

 

My rear kenstyle was really wavy, my bodyshop layed a new layer of fiberglass over the whole thing and sanded it down to fix all the waviness perfectly. Guy said they could have used some kind of bondo, but its at greater risk of breaking or flaking off. Came out with a flawless smooth surface
