Rims and Tire question

I am trying to decide on tire and rim setup, but am unsure of what to get. I don't want anything that cost alot, but I am in need of tires and don't want to buy new ones for stock rims just to turn around and buy another set when I am ready to buy new rims. I was thinking around $2,000. I was thinking of either The TSW Snetterton, or the Konig Black lace. 2nd question is has anyone put 19's in front with 20's in rear a friend suggested it and i was skeptical at first, but it actually sounds good would it work? I like prefer the black lace but im not sure how much of a lip it will have. It's offset is 25 I believe. and how do I know if spacers are needed. Last and final question is has anyone got the Falken 452's? Are than any good for the money? Sorry about all the questions, but any help would be great. Thanks.

Im looking for the samw set up you are...lace 19 in the front and 20 in the rear. I cant find any for a reasonable price. But, Im not sure what off-sets to get and wether I will need spacers or not. Didnt know so much went into buying rims.
