opinions?

hey so i'm looking into wheels and i came across these and really liked them... wanted to see if anyone had any experience with them/ the company likes dislikes....

planning on the 19" staggered set up x8fr x9.5rr dont know on black or silver
the car is a BS 06 4dr... will be lowered on BC coilovers...

by the way i live in italy right now and i'm not going to lie i dont have experience with 18+ wheels so i guess the question is do you think 19's would be too harsh on the crappy italian roads?

either way thanks in advance if anyone has some PS skills feel free i wont be mad at you

HP wheels are heavy, poor quality wheels compared to your OEM.

HP design wheels are not the same quality as the wheels that came on your car. If you like the mesh design wheel look into Volk or Works wheels, both are quality light weight wheels. The 19" wheels/tire combination isn't a bad ride, not much different than the 18" and they'll look great. Is there any where that has really great roads, not on this side of the pond....

if you like mesh and can't afford works or volks, look at axis pentas or save up for a while until you can afford works or volks.

Also remember inexpensive painted wheels tend to chip and look like crap very quickly.

The 2005 MY+ OEM 19's look better than either one, if you have the 18's and are looking for something else look for a used set of those. They're RAYS, light, and strong plus IMHO look pretty good esp compared to the 18" stock wheels.

I stole my 19" LMGT4 NISMO RAYS for $1100 and some change, for 4 NIB wheels that have and MSRP of $699 each. The tires+mounting cost as much as I paid for the wheels.

Deals can be had, you just have to be patient and wait for them. My RAYS were eBay auction from a dealer on the East Coast. Anything I've seen in an 18 or 19" new isn't going to run much less than at least $800 a set on the extreme low end, so for $300 more, one of the best wheels made and 21 lbs/wheel:

Yeah I've lived quite a few places and abroad, too, that sucks about APO. Usually though you can get a shop to accept a drop shipment for you if you kick them a little business. Even now so many things require sigs that I do that local because I'm never home when stuff arrives, then have to arrange for pickup, etc.

Of course, then you run into the "Ship to address must be the same as on your CC/Paypal/etc" problem, unless you can make arrangements with the sender.

For awhile years ago my Dad flew cargo in the AFR on the Japan to Southeast Asia route, he had it made, just bought all his stuff like cameras, stereos, etc in Japan, flew them home to WA State courtesy of the Air Force. That's the kind of person you have to find!
