As long as the wheel is torqued on properly, he should have no issues. I ran like that for over a year no issues.

so my cajones shrunk a little

i replaced the 3-mm with 4-mm spacers and now there's a 4 business card clearance instead of 2

shrunk cajones comes with peace of mind

^ haha nothing wrong w/ shrunken cajones when it comes to costly repairs still looks to close for comfort though lol

smart move bro, I wouldnt even drive without at least 5mm spacer on that clearance.
Sick look tho. got pix of the frontal corner, rims look purdy with gold behind them...

he said he had paper-thin clearance and told me no worries...
i didn't listen to him lol!

As long as its not touching your good.

Like green goblin said as long as the wheel is torqued down properly theres nothing to worry about. The wheel and brake caliper move respectively and that space should never change.

I've seen guys sand down their brand new BBKs to make them fit their wheels. One specific time was a guy with a 240 sand down his bbk to fit his meisters, and it was a sad sight to see. even he had more clearance after sanding than you HXS!
