Painted my Engine Cover tonight!

I used a bit of one can, I had splotches spewing out from the can though, but I made the best of it. Not bad for worst possible painting conditions (below zero). I also used a heat gun to speed up coats to 2 minutes in between.

Two crappy Iphone4 pics:

Done with, dare I say...PLASTI DIP!!! muhahahaha!

i don't understand all the hatred of plasti-dip as of late (mind you i have never used it and have no intention of ever starting)...i undestand it should be reserved for appropriate applications, but come on how many users here have rattle canned certain parts before? why is it any different to use this and have the benefit of it being reversible...

^Yeah maybe the reversibility pisses ppl off cause they modded their cars permanently and when they try to sell it they curse the simplicity and ease of plastidip! muhahahahaha

I just hope you done try and "remove" it.

This **** has a lot of the same chemicals you find in paint stripper, I personally would rather not peel my paint off because I cut corners.

And if you mod ANY car, you've already cut your resale in half anyways. Anyone who owns a first gen G35 right now and is worrying about resale value, you should have bought a Honda.
