Infiniti is already plural.

In normal language it would be acceptable to say infinitis, "in fin ih tees" but if we are to attribute latin to the name Infiniti then it would be the plural, masculine of infinito. Thus to pluralize Infiniti it would simply be Infiniti, as the plural of deer is deer.
