G35_Brians Progression thread :D

Ok so I've had my car for about two years now and i have been modding it since about two weeks after I bought her. I've learned a lot of different things about my car on this forum and if it wasnt for this forum I wouldnt have known all the stuff I know today. With that being said, learning and seeing pics of all these cool rides and everything you can do to a g35 is hurting my bank account lol. enjoy the pics all comments are welcomed. I'm still a student of the game so if you have any suggestions for me let me know! Thanks!

So after i realized my lexus GS300 was costing me so much money and breaking down every other day it was time for an upgrade. after 8 months of searching for a nice clean title s2000 school was approaching and i needed a car quick so i saw this ad for a white 6mt g35 one owner lease and when i saw it, it was love at first sight. i was shocked at how clean the car was.

after a few weeks of learning how to drive stick my first order came in

stance Coils!

went to a nearby gas station after they were installed and took some iphone pics for the loss!

after a few months of waiting a buddy of mine chris the owner of strasse wheels and my cousins roomate at the time gave me a deal one day when we were eating ****, that i could not refuse so i gave it some thought and pulled the trigger!

20x10.5 -5 20x11.5-5 strasse forged SM8's 3piece hidden hardware. amazing wheels! if you guys are interested in a set PM me and i will talk to him.

After a few days of rocking them i had the worst day of my life!

luckily their was 2 other people involved in the accident that saw everything so it made it easier for my insurance settlement to come in since the A.sshole who slammed into my car blamed everything on me. So i took her to my buddys body shop and they made his insurance write a fat check on his behalf! Thanks again buddy!

after i took her to my buddy down at Amazing Autoworks, i come by a few days later and this is what i see!

he took it upon himself to flare my warped and chewed up fenders and told me if im representing his company he wasnt gonna give me my car back with out it being spotless! he also took the wing off the trunk that i hated thats why its missing in the pic lol. If you guys need any painting in SFL this guy is the man expensive but your def getting what you pay for!

Beautiful work!

a few months down the line i see a ridiculous offer for sale on a full set of stop tech brakes from a guy local here on the forums! told me he sold the car so he just wanted to get ride of everything so i drove 45 miles up to ft. lauderdale and picked these bad boys up!

Name: stoptechs.jpg
Views: 45
Size: 40.9 KB

these bad boys didnt even last me a full day! i negotiated with ashton from my350z for a trade plus cash for his 6pot project mu front brakes and when we agreed to a deal they were on there way! and after about a week i received my mu's!

after i installed the mu's you guys already should know what came next!

project mu lugs! i originally bought the neochrome r40's but they rusted on me quick! and the orange rust didnt flow to well with my color scheme lol. so i sold them and picked these up! great for the price as well!

after searching through craigslist everyday for great deals! i came across a deal i couldnt refuse and it turned out to be someone i know and hes on the forums as well! ending up scooping these off of st350z which came in handy when i sold the strasse wheels! and they are currently for sale!

which leads me to where im at right now! So im there at a car show down here in south florida and my friend comes up to me and says there is a local body shop that has a cosworth intake manifold and hes trying to get rid of it so the next day i drove to the shop made him an offer and went home with it!

Strasse wheels looked the best so far Imo. I understand getting tired of having the same wheels on for a little while. What did you do to the fenders to get them to fit? Flat roll in the rear and pull in the front? What size tires were you running?
