so ive been a busy boy
hey guys. so last time i made a thread it was when i did my turbo build. well since then ive been doing little things here and there and this is where i stand to date.
so i found a set of akebonos for sale with less than 15k off a g37. bought them in not the best shape. they have chips and nicks so i had to take care of that before install. i went with duplicolor torque and teal and i believe it came out amazing. i did 5 coats of paint and 4 of clear.
i got a hold of some carbon fiber vinyl and had a fun day of wrapping. i did the roof, the door pieces, and the center console along with the silver dash strip. i took the roof after a week, so now its only interior.
also did the akebono install. its pretty straight forward. take off caliper/rotor put on rotor/caliper. i also found out my car came with ss brake lines.
ive started on the dress up of my engine bay. purchased the oem battery cover, polished mishimoto ps and coolant reservoir. polished catch can, rare jdm harness cover, polished my bov, turbo housing. i have a spare plenum that im in the middle of polishing right now slowly but surely.
also im saving up to buy some mandrel bent aluminun pipes bc i want to custom make my intercooler piping like the momemtum kit. but polished instead of wrinkle wrapped.
i got a set of tein coilovers that are being rebuild in cali right now that ill be adding soon.
and lastly i got rid of my heavy a$s 20in rims and got a set of SF winnings silver mercury. my favorite.
let me know what you guys think

Thanks guys. Right now I'm waiting on the coilovers to get back from Tein. I'm working on polishing a spare plenum.
I'm about to pull the trigger on a hikkata dori carbon trunk and eventually a TS style carbon hood.
When my engine goes. I already have a bank account set up to take a percentage of everyone of my checks for my full engine build and maybe twin turbo upgrade.
But right now. I'm just enjoying her as is. And spending as much time as I can driving her. And with less than 50k she's running hella strong

awesome guys. its nice to see that hard work gets appreciated.
the calipers are painted dupli color torque and teal. i love this color its amazing. i wanted something that would pop behind my aluminum volks. and in my opinion red is played out. it also has a good 5 coats of hi temp gloss.
and the car is/isnt for sale. im moving in 4 months out of the country. still debating wether to take the car with me, store it, sell it. if anyone is interested they can send me a pm and if youre serious we can work something out
